We’re proud to share that Anthony Dotson, Director of Operations, and Morgan Heinrich, Director of Marketing, have been named 2026 HousingWire Rising Stars.
This national recognition highlights emerging leaders across the housing industry who are driving real results through innovation, leadership, and execution. Out of a highly competitive field, only 75 professionals were selected, and we’re honored to have two of them at Supreme Lending.
Anthony Dotson: Driving Operational Excellence at Scale
As Director of Operations, Anthony Dotson plays a critical role in how Supreme Lending delivers for both borrowers and partners.
Over the past year, Anthony led the implementation of a construction loan draw platform, significantly improving draw timelines, transparency, and the overall borrower experience. This initiative helped unlock growth in both construction and renovation lending while reducing operational friction.
In addition to this work, Anthony oversees the Closing and Funding teams, which funded nearly 18,000 loan units totaling more than $5.1 billion. His leadership ensures that high-volume production is matched with accuracy, compliance, and consistent service.
Anthony leads with a servant mindset, investing in his team and creating an environment built on accountability, trust, and continuous improvement.
When asked about the best advice he’s received, Anthony shared:
“It costs $0 to worry about yourself. I stopped spending energy on comparison and started investing in growth, building discipline, and strengthening relationships.”
Morgan Heinrich: Transforming Mortgage Marketing at Supreme Lending
As Director of Marketing, Morgan Heinrich has led a complete transformation of how marketing operates at Supreme Lending.
In just one year, she spearheaded a national rebrand and rebuilt internal systems that reduced turnaround times from over five business days to under 48 hours.
Through the launch of Supreme’s Marketing HypeDesk and scalable marketing toolkits, Morgan has expanded marketing support across recruiting, executive branding, and key business initiatives. Her work has helped align the company’s external presence with the strength of what’s happening internally.
The impact has been significant. In 2025 alone, Supreme supported:
- 440 new sales hires
- 75 new branches
- Two M&A transactions
Morgan’s approach is simple and effective: remove complexity, focus on what matters, and execute with clarity.
As she puts it:
“I focus on getting clarity first – what we’re solving, who it impacts, and what success looks like. Once that’s clear, I believe in setting a deadline and moving. When there’s alignment, work feels easier, and progress happens faster.”
A Reflection of Supreme Lending’s Growth and Leadership
This recognition reflects something bigger happening at Supreme Lending.
Strong operations and strong marketing don’t work in silos. They work together to support growth, improve the borrower experience, and help loan officers succeed. That alignment is what continues to move the company forward.
We’re proud to see both Anthony and Morgan recognized on a national stage and even more proud of the impact they make every day.
