A Proven Leader in Growth, Marketing, and Recruiting

Prior to joining Supreme, Sarah served as Chief Growth Officer at Movement Mortgage, where she led national initiatives across sales, reverse lending, coaching, onboarding and training, DEI and VA strategy, recruiting, and product expansion.

She previously held the role of President of Sales at Fairway Independent Mortgage, where she also founded Fairway Ignite, the company’s internal coaching platform.

Earlier in her career, Sarah was a regional leader at Guild Mortgage, growing production from $0 to over $2 billion annually. As an originator herself, she closed more than $2 billion in personal production and 11,700 units—a record that still stands in Colorado.
