CAFA First Home Program
The CAFA First Home program offers eligible first-time buyers up to 5% of the loan amount as a forgivable grant, which can be used toward down payment or closing costs.

- Designed specifically for first-time homebuyers
- Minimum 620 credit score
- Available throughout Louisiana (income limits apply)
- Works with FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loan programs
